1. Program Overview
The Wasatch Materials SMS Program is operated by Wasatch Materials. This program sends order confirmations, delivery reminders, en-route notifications, delivery sign-off requests, delivery completion updates, and customer support responses to customers who have placed orders or voluntarily contacted us via text message.
2. Message Types
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Order confirmation with order number, total, and delivery date
- Payment confirmation and receipt
- Delivery day reminders with time window
- Real-time en-route notifications with ETA
- Delivery sign-off requests with digital signature links
- Delivery completion confirmations
- Responses to your questions about products, pricing, and delivery
- Weather-related delivery reschedule notifications
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 3-6 messages per order throughout the order and delivery process. If you text us with questions, you will receive responses to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
4. Consent
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Wasatch Materials — either by checking the SMS consent box during checkout on wasatchmaterials.com or by voluntarily texting our business number — you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Wasatch Materials related to your orders and deliveries. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete orders without opting in to SMS notifications.
5. Opt-Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been opted out. After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text START to our number.

7. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Wasatch Materials is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to SMS messages.
8. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability.
9. Delivery Services
By placing an order with Wasatch Materials, you agree to the following delivery terms:
- You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the specified dump location
- Materials will be delivered to the dump location you specify during checkout
- Delivery sign-off (in person or via SMS) confirms acceptance of the delivery at the specified location
- Wasatch Materials is not responsible for damage to surfaces (driveways, lawns) during normal delivery operations
- Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational factors
10. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required at the time of order via credit or debit card. All prices include delivery. Refund requests must be made before your delivery is dispatched. Once a delivery is en route, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us if you have questions about your order.
